Ordered a pizza stone, temperature gauge, and smoker box. Would be helpful to have instructions for replacing the temperature gauge or a video describing how to do it. Also, am still awaiting delivery of the smoker box. Thus far, I am very pleased with grill quality and service received.

Shipping was fast! It was great to order the correct brand grill accessory without worrying if it would be a "generic" version of what I wanted.

I recently set up an outdoor dream kitchen with the help from components purchased through BBQGuys.com. They were not the cheapest, but they provide high quality products and services. Shipping was quick and very well packaged. Directions and extra parts for a variety of installation options were provided.
When I did have a problem with a gas hose connection being too short, they took care of the return with no problems despite the fact that I purchased the hose months earlier. See, there was a delay installing the outdoor kitchen due to a very slow contractor and plumbing subcontractor.
